More info

Namco Museum is a compilation of seven classic arcade games, two bonus games, and three games making their console debut. Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, Pole Position, Galaxian, Ms. Pac-Man, and Pole Position II are the featured games on the disc, with the first three available as separate arrangements with new graphics and other enhancements.

Pac-Man Arrangement includes speed bursts, warp gates, large ghosts, and six different power-ups to consume. Galaga Arrangement offers weapon power-ups, Ricochet Shot, Wide Beam, and Fast Shot, while Dig-Dug Arrangement includes additional enemy characters to face as well as boss encounters.

Two bonus games are unlocked after earning high scores on Pac-Man and its sequel, Ms. Pac-Man. By scoring at least 25,000 in Pac-Man, players can open up the puzzle game Pac-Attack on the menu screen. Scoring at least 20,000 in Ms. Pac-Man will unlock Pac-Mania for play.

All of the games feature adjustable settings in such areas as difficulty, lives, bonus points, and sound. Helpful tips are also available as well as three screen sizes (normal, medium, and small) to accommodate different television screens. Scores and options for each game can be saved directly to a Nintendo GameCube memory card with at least two free blocks.
